A dating coach has revealed three fascinating body language signs a person can show when they’re attracted to you.
Jacob Lucas is a UK-based trainer who has used his real-life methods to “help millions of people have the love life they’ve always wanted”.
In addition to working directly with clients, he also shares dating content on TikTok with his 750,000 followers. He is also the author of the guide Her Dating Coach.
In a recent video, he showed three body language moves people can use when they’re attracted to someone else. The video, simply captioned “Do you see people doing this around you?” showed the dating expert performing the moves.
Meanwhile, text on the screen described the body language signs and what they might mean.

The clip begins with on-screen text that reads, “3 Body Languages People Use When They Find You Attractive.”
Many body language experts point out that not everyone uses the exact same behavior to express the same feelings every time.
Some point out that it is often the significant changes in people’s normal body language behaviors that are referred to as “deviation from.” [their] “Behavioural baseline” instead of specific movements.
However, in Jacob’s video, he shares some of the signs that are commonly associated with people finding others attractive and that are worth looking out for.
The first is what he describes as “plastering.” According to Jacob in the video, this makes them attractive to you.
Some of the behaviors that he thinks could fall under the label of “grooming” include grooming hair and straightening clothes.
Jacob’s second body language sign he points out is when someone scratches themselves lightly. According to the video, this can be an unconscious behavior that people exhibit when they find someone attractive.
According to the dating expert, tilting your head while interacting with someone can indicate that you are interested in them (pictured).
Jacob has previously spoken about his initial skepticism about this point, once saying, “When I first heard it, I thought, ‘This can’t be true.’
“Then I started watching people do it all the time. ‘It changed the whole game for me.’
He continued, “Nursing builds social bonds and that means a person wants to socially bond with you because they find you attractive.”
While this is an intriguing tip to look out for, it’s important to remember that context is everything and that someone might be scratching for another reason — say, because they have a rash.
As Jacob points out in the video’s comments section, “You just have to know what to look for.”
The third and final behavior he describes in the video is head tilting. This, according to the dating expert, “shows the other person that we’re interested in them.”
