Can you master the “hotness trifecta”? Three makeup tips that will make anyone look more attractive
- The Rockstar Effect: Smudged black eyeliner and bronzer on the waterline
- The half-moon effect: Apply bronzer in a half-moon shape from the temple to the cheek, then emphasize the center
- The Heart Effect: Using lip liner, draw the shape of a heart in the center of your upper lip
Belle started with a trick she called the “rock star effect.”
“Take an inky black eyeliner and trace the bottom waterline from corner to corner,” she instructed while demonstrating on her own eyes.
For this step, she used the Sephora Collection Eye Crayon in Black.
“Now just take your bronzer and blend it down to under your lashes,” said Belle, finishing with a bronzer from her own collection, Jennifer Belle Makeup.
The expert explained that this trick would work wonders even if you had smaller eyes and would give you a more “sultry” look.
Next, she turned to what she called the “crescent effect.”
“You take your bronzer and shade it in the shape of a crescent moon around your face, from temple to cheek,” Belle explained, moving her brush in the same motion.
“Now take a highlighter and mark the center of the crescent moon from your temple to your cheekbones.”
Her “half-moon effect” not only gave her skin a beautiful glow, but also a sculpted look.
She achieved this by using the Rare Beauty Positive Light Liquid Luminizer Highlight in the shade Enlighten along with a bronzer from her line in the shade Latte.
The first trick Belle offered was called the “rock star effect,” which involved applying eyeliner to the lower eyelid and topping it off with a little bronzer
She completed the eyeliner by dabbing some bronzer onto her lower lash line with a brush
Next came what she calls the “half moon” effect, where you tan your face in the shape and apply highlighter over it
Last but not least, the makeup artist mentioned the “heart effect” as the final step to look more attractive.
“You just take your lip liner and draw a heart shape in the middle of your lips,” she instructed.
“If you press your lips together, you can see exactly where the heart should be.”
She then took a lip gloss from Hailey Bieber’s brand Rhode Beauty and swiped it over the heart shape of the lip liner.
“This gives your lips a really pretty shape,” she explained.
“And that’s it, try these tips when you need to be extra,” Belle concluded.
As a bonus tip, Belle told that she also loved pulling her lashes “outward” with mascara instead of pulling them “straight up.”
Belle explained that she created the video to get some people out of their comfort zone.
Finally, she did what Belle called the “heart effect,” where she applied a heart-shaped lip liner to her lips and topped it off with some shiny lip gloss
After using these three makeup tricks, Belle’s final look was radiant and very seductive
