A possibly armed man is circulating in the Lac Bouchette sector of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, according to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), which is urging the population to stay at home.
“If you are in this area, do not approach the person, lock doors, stay away from windows and leave the area if it is safe to do so,” the SQ said on Twitter.

According to the police, it is André Paradis, a resident of the sector.
“Sûreté du Québec police officers have reason to fear for his health and safety,” the SQ said in a press release.

The man would walk. He is 1.75 m tall and weighs 68 kg. He was wearing a black hooded fleece jacket, large pants, dark jeans, a dark beanie and glasses.
