Petra (Debora Ozório) will see the cold and calculating side of Agatha (Eliane Giardini) and will be afraid in the land and paixão. After marrying Antônio (Tony Ramos), the woman will catch her stepdaughter coming home in the middle of the night and starts talking darkly about enjoying the early hours of the morning. “Like a kind of death,” the villain in Globo’s nine o’clock soap opera will say.
Hélio (Rafael Vitti) will leave his lover at the door of the mansion and tell her that he loves her. She happily gets out of the car and gets in excitedly until she meets her stepmother. “Wow, I thought everyone was already asleep! Do you have insomnia, Agatha?” the young woman will ask. The former prisoner will answer no.
“I just love this morning hour. Most people hate early mornings, don’t they? Some people say this is the hour of the wolf, the time when the greatest fears arise… The time when the bad guys plan their crimes… When the pain grows stronger… When insomniacs like Ghosts walk through houses,” the poison specialist will whisper in a frightening tone.
“I find that worrying,” replies Petra. “But for me it’s not. On the contrary, for me this is the time when silence and shadows envelop people. Like a kind of death,” the evil one will insist, which will really terrify the agronomist. Agatha will wake up from her trance and be friendly again, adopting a sweet tone as usual.
“I was just joking, my love. I saw that you arrived with a boy. It was Hélio, wasn’t it? The cooperative engineer who lives in the inn?
He seems like a great guy to me. You like him, don’t you? “Can you talk…” the vixen will ask.
“There’s no point in hiding it. I like him, yes. Very,” the girl will confirm, but without imagining that Hélio is Agatha’s son. “If that’s the case, why haven’t you told your father yet? If you and Luigi no longer like each other as husband and wife, you should divorce him and be free to start a new relationship,” the bandit will advise.

Terra e Paixão was written by Walcyr Carrasco and Thelma Guedes. The story takes place in the fictional town of Nova Primavera in Mato Grosso do Sul. The storyline will remain on air until January 19th and will be replaced by the remake of Renascer (1993).
