Singer Nando Reis was booed by the crowd last Saturday (07/16) at the opening of the Prime Rock Brasil Festival on the Esplanade of the Mineirão Stadium in Belo Horizonte after shouting “Bolsonaro out”.
At the opening of the show, the singer took a stand against President Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
He began his speech with the words “If you have heart, you know what to do: ‘Get out, Bolsonaro!'” and received applause and boos from the audience.
With the mixed reaction, Reis added, “I’m with the aborigines and whoever boos gets nothing.”
“We want peace and we can’t have a man who wants war. Let’s be in peace, there is no need to fight, there is no death, there is no weapon! You don’t have to have a gun folks, everyone’s crazy!” he explained before returning to singing.
