Aline (Barbara Reis) is once again terrorized by Antônio (Tony Ramos) in Terra e Paixão. He will send Ramiro (Amaury Lorenzo) to kidnap the pregnant woman. The shooter will break into the monastery and manage to capture the widow, but in the end he will take with him a local nun in addition to her. The two are locked in a shed on one of Caio's (Cauã Reymond) father's farms.
It won't be long before the villain is captured. As soon as Ramiro warns that the two are already arrested, the rich man will be there to terrorize his daughterinlaw: “Very good, Dona widow… I finally got what I wanted. You thought you could deceive.” Me, but no one deceives Antônio La Jungle. At least not for long. And now you're in my hand.
The public will see the pregnant woman suffer greatly while Caio is desperate to put a few chapters behind him. The New Year will be terrible for both of them until Ramiro regrets hurting the pregnant woman and decides to take her with him.
He will use New Year's Eve to get Antônio's other henchmen drunk with a spiked drink. The men will fall into a deep sleep and Ramiro will take Aline and the nun with him. But one of the servants quickly wakes up and warns the farmer.
Antônio will manage to interrupt the escape and let Ramiro beat him, who will be left between life and death. Aline will return to captivity with Teresinha (Laura Prado) and will continue to have a severe fever. In Globo's nine o'clock soap opera she will beg for her life and that of the babies she is waiting for.
Terra e Paixão was written by Walcyr Carrasco and Thelma Guedes. The story takes place in the fictional town of Nova Primavera in Mato Grosso do Sul. The story will remain on air until January 19 next year and will be replaced by the remake of Renascer (1993).
