Núbia (Drica Moraes) will play dirty against Brisa (Lucy Alves) in Travessia. The villain will have a conversation with Tonho (Vicente Alvite) in which she will try to convince him to lie to the judge so that Ari (Chay Suede) has permanent custody of the boy. She will even blackmail: she will say that if the boy says what he wants, he will be in Guerra’s house (Humberto Martins) without the beautiful room.
In scenes set to air on Saturday’s (26th) episode of Globo’s nine o’clock soap opera, the grandmother will call her grandson to ‘play interview’.
“Imagine if I were the person who came to interview you, the one that the judge will send to speak to you. ‘Tonho, do you like your room?’ What did you say?” she asks.
The boy will say yes and Nubia will then ask if he likes his father. “Of course I like my father, grandma…” the boy will reply. “Does your father play with you a lot? Does he pay much attention to you?” the woman will continue, and then Tonho will tell the truth.
“No! My father works… Then he comes and this Chiara (Jade Picon) stays with him all the time,” the child complains. From there, Nubia gets harder. “No, no, you can’t say it like that. Look, you have to say: ‘My father plays a lot with me, he comes home from the street and comes straight to me to play’,” she will say. Tonho will say that this is not possible, but the grandmother will insist.
You have to say it or the judge will ban you from here! You want to get out of here, your nice room, Uncle Guerra’s house, don’t you?
When Ari finds out about the conversation between the two, she will scold her mother. But she says if he didn’t take this “test” the boy would be in serious danger of living with Brisa again.
Travessia is a telenovela directed by Gloria Perez. The action has the artistic direction of Mauro Mendonça Filho and takes place in Rio de Janeiro and Maranhão.
