In Ukraine, a helicopter crashed near a kindergarten: the Minister of the Interior died

A helicopter collapsed this morning near a kindergarten browaryIn the area of Kyiv: on board there were also those Interior Minister Ukrainian, Dennis Monastyrskyi, who died in the crash. The crashing helicopter caused a fire in the kindergarten. The chief of the state police Ihor Klimenko states that nine of the victims were on board the aircraft. According to the head of the regional military administration Oleksiy Kulebathe wounded are 29. Klymenko reported about it 10 children hospitalized. And he added: “All competent and specialized services work on site. The crash site is being investigated.”

Condolences also came from the President of the Euro Chamber Robert Metsola: “We have just been informed that the Minister of Interior of Ukraine and the leadership of his ministry were killed in a helicopter crash near Kyiv. I think I speak for all of us when I say that i our thoughts I’m in this Chamber with that brave people of Ukraine, the families and loved ones of Minister Monastyrskyi and his deputy,” he said, informing the plenary session in Strasbourg about the accident that happened in the Kyiv region this morning.
