Indirect, climate, longing for the ex: understand bullshit between Larissa Manoela and mother

Larissa Manoela and her mother Silvana Santos started the year on the “left foot”. The artist’s mother unfollowed her daughter and her fiancé, actor André Luiz Frambach, raising suspicions of possible disapproval of the relationship.

The stance drew criticism from fans of the celebrity. “I don’t understand why her mother stopped following the girl just because she’s getting married? Honestly, it might even be a bad idea, but if so, she’ll learn,” one follower wrote in the star’s final post on Instagram.

Understand the alleged bullshit

Silvana unfollowed her daughter and soninlaw on social media. However, the attitude raised suspicions of possible disapproval of the daughter’s engagement to André.

However, fans noted that the artist’s mother continued to follow her daughter’s exboyfriend, also actor Leo Cidade. She even said she misses her exsoninlaw.

“To summarize what I wished you on WhatsApp: Happy New Year. Wishing you all the best. I miss you kisses,” he wrote.

In light of all the repercussions on social media, Silvana spoke to the website NaTelinha about the controversy.

“All this dissatisfaction has nothing to do with ’empty nest syndrome’, nor with our ‘coming to Orlando.’ In fact, I have always experienced personal moments with Larissa because she started her artistic career very young, only four years old. That ‘experience’ I believe is still necessary because apart from being a ‘mother’, let’s face it, this role is not age dependent, I’m a ‘businesswoman’ and ‘partner’ of it,” she said.

The actress’ mother, though she doesn’t name her soninlaw, also said that the fact that she’s very “sensitive and prone to certain cues” made her realize “something’s not quite right.”

“That’s why I never back down and remain vigilant when I feel something is wrong, especially when other people are trying to silence or contradict it. I feel like a sentinel to connect emotional information with rational information to make decisions with confidence.”

Larissa Manoela and André Luiz Frambach confirmed their engagement in December. The acting couple made the announcement while sharing photos from a trip to Fernando de Noronha Island.

“Engaged. Life is made up of cycles and now we’re starting another one. For life,” they wrote in the post. The TV Globo actors began dating in July last year.
