The influencer Rodrigo Amendoim was found dead this Saturday (28) in the property where he lived in Lauro de Freitas, in the metropolitan area of Salvador, Bahia. On social media, Christian Bell, who lives in Fortaleza, Ceará, posted a desperate video saying his friend had taken his own life.
“It’s true. I am not joking. I really need to go back to Salvador. I’m feeling really bad. Please, someone help me get to Salvador,” the influencer said tearfully on social media.
Influencer Bruna Luma, a friend of Amendoim, vented her feelings on social media. “That’s it, internet judges, judge further. My friend suffered from depression because of your viciousness and judgment,” he said. According to her, she has done everything in the last few days not to leave him alone.
Rodrigo Amendoim has 1.4 million followers on Instagram alone. His last video posted was in Stories, hours before his death, where he talks about envy. “He has everything you have, but he doesn’t want you to have it,” he says in part.
On October 10, he posted a series of photos in the pool and captioned them. “I am at peace, my soul is smiling.” In the comments, Amendoim’s friends and fans celebrated his return to social media. “He has reactivated [emoji de palmas]”wrote Antônio Fernando.
