Influencer whose death was announced says his profile was hacked: ‘I did BO’

The death of digital influencer Gui Pagnoncelli, 32, was announced on his official Instagram profile last Saturday (18). According to him, the information, which the hospital cited in one post denies, was released by hackers who hacked into the profile.

“I made a report in December. They took some time off and started posting that I was in ICU, that I was in cardiac arrest, always with a link to a website to go to an application. You click because I don’t know whether it’s about bank details or not [outros] your phone,” Gui explained via an alternate profile he’d created on Instagram over the past few days to clarify the matter.

In the description of the new profile, which has only two publications, the influencer gave more details on the subject. “My original profile was hacked in October 2021, an ad was created. I registered a new BO in December 2021,” he explained.

The confusion began when the content producer’s official profile announced the death in Stories. “It is with great regret that we inform you that our warrior left us today. He fought with all his might, but God’s plans were different,” the text reads.

Gui Pagnoncelli has more than 500,000 followers on his first Instagram profile. He used the space every day for his battle with cancer. “One day, Cancer will just be a sign!” he introduced himself in the page’s description.

syringes contacted Alagoas Civil Police for information about the influencer’s complaint. Once a reply is received, this notice will be updated.
