Police authorities will be keeping an eye on who one of the Trois-Rivières chapter officers was, according to a former Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ) investigator.
“Even if Casper was in prison, running his business must have been more difficult. He will be able to change there. It is certain that it will be easier in freedom since you will not have to hire an intermediary to deliver your messages. He will do it himself,” says Roger Ferland in an interview on the program Dossiers en cours.
“It’s not necessarily fun to know he’s getting out, that’s part of it, he’s served his sentence, but he will definitely be a subject of interest to the police.” »
