The model makes the revelation while speaking to 6ft tall Jodie Kidd about her traditional beamed Sussex cottage and how she copes with the low ceilings in her idyllic country home.
Jodie says: “I’ve knocked myself out on these beams so many times,” and Abbey replies: “We couldn’t buy the houses we wanted because Pete couldn’t fit through the door!”
It’s just one of the properties the interior design-obsessed Abbey is invited to. The mother of four also takes a look inside the humble abodes of Emma Thynn, the Marchioness of Bath, and former Sugababe Heidi Range.
In Web’s first-look clip of the series, Abbey confesses: “Anyone who says they don’t like looking into other people’s houses is a liar.” She also explains that her love of interiors stems from her enjoyment of beautiful ones things arise.
Abbey admits: “I’m addicted to looking at property… I think I look at property more than I look at clothes.”
She also enters the homes of former Love Island stars Olivia and Alex Bowen, Mean Apprentice Queen Linda Plant and Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie’s ex-wife Jo Wood.
Abbey is shocked when she discovers the hidden treasures in the celebrity properties, such as a Ferrari Dino 246 GT in Sugababe Heidi’s living room and a sex toy belonging to none other than model Caprice.
Showing a framed illustration of Jo wearing nothing but stockings made by Ronnie, she jokes with the entrepreneur that she needed a “wax” when the revealing picture was taken.
