Blake’s personal trainer revealed how the star has developed healthy exercise habits
Don Saladino, a New York-based fitness trainer, has worked with the actress for more than a decade and previously spoke to E! News about her fitness program.
He revealed Blake’s favorite workouts, saying they focused on “exercise” and “developing high energy levels.”
“She’s a great mom, she’s being attacked by four kids and it’s hard on the body,” Don explained.

Don told Cosmopolitan that the routine typically started with foam rollers, then performed five to seven minutes of mobility exercises, and then progressed to a “jump, throw, carry” routine.
“It gets their body temperature up, it makes them really athletic, and it’s my way of doing an upper body, a lower body, a core movement,” he said.
