Inside Lincoln Riley’s $17.2 million Los Angeles mansion.

Lincoln Riley left Oklahoma for the University of Southern California at the end of November last year, which meant he would have to buy a house in Southern California. That’s exactly what he did when he bought a $17.2 million beachfront home in Palos Verdes Estates, California, according to real estate site Dirt. Riley closed at home on March 1st.

The asking price for the mansion was $19.4 million. Riley made just over $2 million out of it. The home is located just over 30 miles from the USC campus. It is 13,000 square feet with seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Other features include a five-car garage, an elevator and a cinema.

As for the coach’s new home in the Los Angeles area, the historic Spanish Revival style residence is known as the “Roessler Estate” and was once the home of Fred Ressler, the first mayor of Palos Verdes Estates. It was built in the 1920s and underwent major renovations in 2003–2006.
