The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (IATAS) announced this Tuesday (26) the nominees for the 51st edition of the International Emmy Awards, considered the “Oscars of global television”.

There were seven nominees from Brazil. Highlights were the remake of “Pantanal” (2022) and “Cara e Coragem” (2022), which competed in the “Best Soap Opera” category.

Additionally, Record received its second nomination in history with the dramatic documentary series “Linchamentos,” produced in 2022 and made available on its streaming platform Playplus. A total of four further nominations took place.

Like Globo, Warner had two nominations, but in different categories.
