  • Trump's co-defendant Michael Roman claimed in the bombshell report that they had an affair, traveled to Napa Valley, Florida and took a Caribbean cruise
  • According to the documents, Wade was paid nearly $654,000 as a special prosecutor who assisted Willis in the extensive investigation into Trump's election overthrow efforts

The prosecutor hired by his alleged district attorney lover Fani Willis to prosecute Donald Trump had two meetings with the Biden White House during his investigation, according to court documents reviewed by .

The meetings and calls leading up to Willis' indictment against Trump call into question the White House's repeated denials that it had any coordination with the Fulton prosecutor's prosecution.

The Fulton County, Georgia, district attorney hired Atlanta attorney Nathan Wade as a “special anti-corruption prosecutor” to investigate Trump's alleged election interference.

In a stunning court filing Monday, Michael Roman, one of the former president's co-defendants in the “sham election scheme,” alleges that Willis had a personal relationship with private attorney Wade, who served as a special prosecutor assisting her office US Dollar received extensive investigation into Trump's efforts to overturn the election.

Documents reviewed by included Wade's invoices to prosecutors. Shockingly, they included a bill for an eight-hour “DC/White House Interview” on November 18, 2022 and another for eight hours including a “White House Counsel Conference” on May 23, 2022.

The motion was filed by Roman, a former Trump campaign staffer, to have election interference charges against him dropped.

His legal documents also allege that Willis had an “ongoing, personal relationship” with Wade – citing “sources close to both the special prosecutor and the district attorney” – but provides no documentary evidence.

Roman claims that the two were in a relationship before Willis hired Wade, and that they traveled together to Napa Valley, Florida, and even on a Caribbean cruise.

The explosive relationship allegation triggered a storm of reporting on Monday. But Wade's meetings at the White House, detailed in the 127-page document filed by Roman, have been overlooked in the media.

The documents proving the White House's involvement have been highlighted for the first time Marco Polo, a right-wing nonprofit organization, on the social media site X (formerly Twitter).

According to the invoices, Wade billed a total of $4,000 for his two days of meetings and calls to the White House.

It was part of nearly $654,000 in work Wade has done since January 2022 for Willis' investigation of Trump and his associates, the documents said.

White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre did not immediately respond to 's request for comment about the alleged 2022 meetings with Georgia's special prosecutor.

Roman is accused of participating in the “fake voter” scheme and is one of 18 people, along with Trump, charged in George.

A Willis spokesman told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the DA's office would respond to his legal claims “through appropriate court filings.”

The House Judiciary Committee opened an investigation into the Fulton County District Attorney's Office in August, examining whether it improperly used federal funds or coordinated with Biden's Justice Department in its state prosecutions.

Willis has previously denied coordinating with Special Counsel Jack Smith's office or that her investigation was politically motivated.

The filing references a sealed divorce petition from the married special prosecutor, but then makes the claim based on other information.

It states that “information obtained outside of court records indicates that the district attorney and the special prosecutor personally traveled together to places such as Napa Valley, Florida and the Caribbean, and the special prosecutor purchased tickets for both to travel on Norwegian.” “ and Royal Carbibean Cruise Lines.

“Traveling together to places like Washington, D.C. or New York City might make sense for professional reasons given other pending litigation, but what professional purpose could just a trip to these traditional vacation destinations serve?”

has reached out to Willis' office and Wade for comment.

A Willis spokesman told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the DA's office would respond “through appropriate court filings.”

“The district attorney chose to appoint her romantic partner, who was a married man at all times relevant to this prosecution,” the filing states.

It states that the prosecutor and Wade “have been seen together privately in and around Atlanta” and “are believed to have lived together in some form or manner.”

It goes on to say there is “no evidence” that Willis was “authorized” by the county to use funds to keep Wade on the case.

Roman was indicted this summer on alleged crimes including engaging in a racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy to commit forgery and conspiracy to file false documents, all in connection with a plan to introduce fake Republican electors who would vote for Trump instead of voters reflect Joe Biden's certified victory in the state.
