The actor has already obtained a restraining order against his estranged wife, preventing her from mentioning him on social media for three years.
Both Ioan and Alice are demanding custody of their daughters, both claiming that they have no money.

Ioan met aspiring actress Bianca in Australia while filming the series Harrow and she recently moved into his Los Angeles apartment.
He and Alice publicly announced that their marriage had ended in January 2021, and in October of the same year he went public with his new romance with Bianca.
Ioan filed for joint custody of his two daughters last July after Alice filed for sole custody amid their turbulent divorce battle.
In addition to requesting visitation rights, he also claimed in his custody petition that Alice had deliberately tried to cut off communications between him and his children.
He also requested that the girls attend in-person and reunion therapy with him via Zoom pending a court-ordered custody arbitration.
Ioan accused Alice of swearing at him during their marriage and repeatedly “undermining” him in front of the girls.
“Alice often poked fun at my looks, made comments about hair loss, and told me I had ‘saggy vaginal eyes,'” the court filings read.
He further claimed that Alice “caused serious emotional damage to Ella and Elsie through her testimony and by interfering in my relationship with them.”
In March of this year, allegations that Alice breached her restraining order were dropped.
