Iran has developed a long-range cruise missile with a range of 1,000 miles, according to the US Aerospace Command. Guardian of the Revolutionits commander, Amirali Hajizadeh, warned Europeans and Americans, urging not to “test” Iran. “Now we can even hit US aircraft carriers at a distance of 2,000 kilometers,” Hajizadeh threatened, quoted by Iranian state television.

The new cruise missile, said the senior Pasdaran official, will be called the Paveh. “Iran will soon unveil its hypersonic missiles capable of speeds of Mach 12 and 13,” 12 or 13 times the speed of sound. “The US military bases in the region are now under surveillance and we can attack them at any time if necessary.
