New suspected cases of poisoning of schoolgirls in Iran, in different schools in Tehran (Bagheral Uloom, Umm Abiha and Asadian). In some videos of the Telegram FreedomMessanger channel, families intervene together with ambulances. One of the students yells “Help, I can’t breathe”. In others, parents intervene at school. Hundreds of cases of respiratory problems in high school girls have been reported since November, mostly in the holy city of Qom, south of Tehran. On Sunday, Deputy Health Minister Younes Panahi admitted that “some people” deliberately poisoned female students in Qom to block girls’ education.
