Leaving her long, wavy brunette locks loose, Ashley turned heads on the red carpet before taking her place front row.
Milan Fashion Week usually takes place twice a year, in February and September.
It came after Irina was later seen grabbing some ice cream after school in NYC with her almost seven-year-old daughter Lea.
