Shani Louk, 23, attended a rave on October 7 that was attacked by the extremist group
The Israeli Foreign Ministry confirmed This Monday (October 30, 2023) the death of the German DJ Shani Louk occurred at the age of 23. She was kidnapped at a rave by the extremist group Hamas and attacked on October 7th.
Videos circulating on social media show Shani Louk being transported in a pickup truck, allegedly by Hamas extremists. After the impact, the young woman’s mother asked for help finding her. In an interview with the German Bild newspaper this Monday (October 30), Israeli President Isaac Herzog reported that only the German DJ’s head had been found.
“We are devastated to announce that the death of 23yearold GermanIsraeli Shani Luk has been confirmed. Shani, who was kidnapped from a music festival and tortured and paraded through Gaza by Hamas terrorists, experienced unimaginable horrors.” it says the publication of the Israeli Foreign Ministry.
German Prime Minister Olaf Scholz he said on his profile on the social network X (formerly Twitter) that Louk’s death was “terrible”. “Like many others, she was brutally murdered. “This shows all the barbarism behind the Hamas attack,” he wrote.
