The Israeli army released this Sunday (19) images from surveillance cameras at Al Shifa Hospital in the Gaza Strip, showing that several hostages were taken to the complex after being kidnapped by Hamas terrorists on October 7.

“These results prove that the terrorist organization Hamas used the AlShifa hospital complex as terrorist infrastructure on the day of the massacre,” the Israeli army and intelligence services said in a statement released along with the video (see below).


Also this Sunday, the Israeli army announced that it had discovered a 55meterlong tunnel under the Al Shifa hospital complex in the Gaza Strip, used by Hamas terrorists, where its troops have been carrying out an operation in recent days.


“The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) has uncovered a 55meterlong terrorist tunnel 10 meters underground at the AlShifa complex,” which passes under the hospital and leads to an armored door, the army said in a statement in addition to posting images of discovery on X, formerly Twitter.


“This type of door is used by terrorists from the Hamas organization to prevent Israeli forces from entering command centers,” the note said.

The tunnel was discovered in an area of ​​the hospital under a hangar containing weapons such as “grenade launchers, explosives and Kalachnikov rifles,” the army added, saying soldiers continued to advance underground.
