Israel says it stormed Hamas compound used to prepare for October 7 attack

“The Al-Qadsia complex served as a training center for Hamas to train terrorists,” the army said in a statement, describing in particular models of kibbutz entrances, military bases and Israeli armored vehicles.

The soldiers also broke into the office of Mohammed Sinouar, one of the commanders of Hamas' armed wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades. He is the brother of Yahya Sinouar, the Hamas leader in Gaza who is believed to be the mastermind of the October 7 attack.
