Singer Barnev Valsaint, who has backed Celine Dion for more than twenty years, wants the Quebec star to get back on stage and sing despite announcing she has a rare condition called Stiffness Syndrome .
“Yes, we are concerned. We want her to be comfortable. She looked fine when we last saw her, but in everyday life we don’t know what was going on. We want her back 100%. Touring is very demanding.”
The famous last time the members of the team were able to see Celine Dion was in December 2021, when, in the heart of rehearsals for her new show in Las Vegas, she informed them that the first performances had been postponed.
“I am confident that she will come back,” continues Barnev Valsaint. She has done that her whole life. Celine can’t stay without singing. I don’t see her stopping like that.”
