The mayor of the El Porvenir district, Juan Carranza Ventura, told La República that several cisterns are needed to completely clean the municipal stadium. In this connection he mentioned that the church has only two.
“Right now the community only has two cisterns, we want to rent a third one to remove all water from this sports field,” the county board said.
Additionally, Carranza added to Ventura that if they had more tanks to remove the water, the stadium would be back to normal in five days.
