After seven years together, Alice Morel-Michaud and Anthony Therrien are now separated.

The news comes after several months of questions from Internet users who were curious about the fact that Alice and Anthony no longer share photos on their respective social networks, while they have sometimes taken the time to comment and post moments together. It was the actor who confirmed everything to “In the Spotlight” during a press screening of the second season of “Lac-Noir” last Wednesday at Club Ilco.

Alice and Anthony’s relationship ended in June. Anthony said: “It’s been a summer of singles. Right now it’s a good time to work on myself.”
For her part, Alice posted on Instagram several snippets from her summer as a single, between the Quebec Summer Festival, a trip to Mexico and moments with her friends and her four-legged companion.
Luckily for the exes, they are reportedly still on good terms. “This relationship ended like a dream, by mutual consent. Sometimes we accompany each other in life for a while and then it’s over. “This happened,” is a passage that reassures fans of the two stars.
Alice and Anthony did not feel the need to announce the split on their respective networks before reaching the media.
“For us, this relationship has never existed on social media. She existed for both of us and not for the others in their performance. What existed on social media was a product of it, not the other way around. It was a logical thought to decide that there wouldn’t be an announcement or anything like that. We both still shared photos of the two of us and I have no intention of deleting them from my account. Alice was a part of my life for seven years; It was extremely important and still is,” he adds during the interview with In the Spotlight.
