Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushers 19million Surfside rental is up

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kusher’s $19million Surfside rental is up for sale as the couple prepare to move into the mansion

The luxury Florida condo that Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have rented since leaving DC is set to go on the market for nearly $19 million.

The waterfront condo, located north of Miami Beach in Surfside, is expected to list for $18.8 million next year.

Trump and Kushner are leaving the condo to finally move into a sprawling mansion in the nearby community of Indian Creek — which has been dubbed a “billionaire’s bunker” — which they bought for $24 million last year and have since extensively renovated.

The 7,000 square foot apartment is spread over three floors with wraparound terraces and even has a private pool and garden.

The apartment is in Arte, a luxury building that is one of the most expensive in the posh neighborhood. The building has only 16 units, each with its own elevator, a rooftop tennis court and offers a gym, concierge service and security.

Arte’s penthouse sold for $33 million in 2020.

News of the sale comes just weeks after Ivanka announced that she is done with politics and that she will prioritize her personal life rather than join her father’s upcoming presidential campaign.

“I love my father very much. This time I’m choosing to prioritize my young children and the personal life we create as a family,” she said. “Although I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside of the political arena.”

Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner, 41, who both served as advisors to Donald Trump during his presidency, relocated to Florida after stepping down from their White House posts in early 2021 and quickly began to put down new roots.

It’s unclear when the family will move into their new home in Indian Creek — a spacious 8,500-square-foot condo — but news of the condo’s sale suggests it could be soon.

Ivanka and Jared bought the property in April 2021, just over a year after dropping $31.8 million on a two-acre lot in the village.

Indian Creek has approximately 40 lots and 30 residences, all built around the island to offer water views.

The high-security community is also home to the Indian Creek Country Club. Ivanka and Jared both enjoy golf, but joining could be seen as an affront to their father, who has over a dozen golf courses to his name.

The couple began putting down roots at Indian Creek around the same time Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen lost $17 million for a plot of land in the village — followed by another $10.12 million in construction costs to build what their home for should always be.

The former White House power couple has reportedly compared themselves to Stark when people ask her about her plans to return to politics if Mr Trump is re-elected president in 2024.

The fictional Ned Stark was famously beheaded after being lured into the political viper pit of the capital of Westeros at the request of his close friend King Robert Baratheon.

According to Vanity Fair, Jared and Ivanka have decided they’re enjoying their “gilded” life in Miami too much to campaign alongside Trump.

The report comes just two days after Trump announced his plans for 2024, which was quickly followed by a statement from Ivanka announcing that she would not be involved in the campaign.

On Thursday, Ivanka was spotted for the first time since skipping her father’s announcement as she strolled down a sandy Florida trail in white pants and a black shirt.

News broke online earlier today that The Trump Organization has been found guilty of tax fraud in a criminal case in Manhattan.

The former president’s company has been accused of running a 15-year criminal scheme to defraud tax authorities.

The program involved paying personal expenses like free rent and car leases for top executives — including former chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg — without disclosing income and paying bonuses as if they were independent contractors, prosecutors said.

Mr. Trump railed against the charges, calling it another part of a wide-ranging “witch hunt” against him and claiming he had double standards because he was charged with “ancillary services.”

He faces no criminal liability in this matter — although he faces a separate civil lawsuit brought by New York AG Letitia James, who is suing the company and family members for $250 million.

He has faced a number of legal challenges in recent weeks. A new special counsel for the Justice Department is overseeing both the January 6 election evasion effort and the matter of the government documents Trump took to Mar-a-Lago after leaving office.
