Singer Iza, 32, announced today that she has split from her husband Sérgio Santos, 35, after almost four years of dating.
Sergio and I are no longer a couple. We have a beautiful story of love, complicity and partnership. And we’re rebranding that relationship as two people respecting and admiring each other, but in new ways.

Sérgio, who is a music producer and has more than 110,000 followers on Instagram, met Iza during a studio recording and they quickly became friends. The partner search began in 2016.
The couple made the union official in December 2018. Maria Gadu, Di Ferrero, Gloria Groove and other artists attended the wedding at the Outeiro da Glória in Rio de Janeiro.

Iza denies pregnancy
In June, the pop star used her participation in the TVZ program Multishow (Globo) to deny rumors of a possible pregnancy. She spoke about the rumors circulating around the internet that she would be the newest mom on the block.
“I really wanted to say here to take advantage of the fact that we’re just here for us to say I’m not pregnant. For God’s sake stop it. Invent a pregnancy for someone else. I’ve gotten pregnant three times this year, cut it out,” she said.
