Jackie said she talked her way into the Hello hitmaker’s massive mansion by lying about a planned interview with the star’s adopted daughter, Nicole.

Describing Lionel as “handsome,” she continued, “At the end he said, ‘We don’t have anything on the plan, whoever you spoke to, you have to rebook it.”

Jackie revealed she only got as far as the courtyard and described the All Night Long singer’s 28 rooms as “super chic”.

During their trip to LA, the radio stars had been given a “star map,” which tourists used to locate the homes of famous celebrities.

“We drove around and didn’t see anyone,” Jackie recalled.

Eventually, the two arrived at Lionel Ritchie’s mansion, which had been misidentified on their map as the home of his adopted daughter, Nicole.

Kyle said that during a heavy rainstorm, Jackie knocked on the door of the huge mansion.

“She disappeared in there for ages,” he continued, recalling thinking at the time that she was “taken hostage.”

Elsewhere in the chat, Kyle revealed that the couple used a similar ruse of a fake interview to gain access to Jane Seymour’s home.

Famous as the star of the hit ’90s drama series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, told Jackie Seymour was unconvinced by her interview story.

“She wouldn’t let me go!” Jackie recalled. “She held me captive and wouldn’t let me go [because] She thought I was a lying bitch.’

“I spent all day waiting to get arrested,” Kyle teased.

Jackie then complained, “You were in the car, you big fuzz!”

Kyle revealed that Jackie eventually “ran” out of Seymour’s house, jumped in the car and said, “Drive, drive, drive, drive!”
