The doctor has sued a number of former patients because online reviews claimed he botched their procedures, Page Six reported earlier this month.

Okhah, known as a BBL specialist, sued Leila Penn for more than $30,000 in July 2021 after she claimed in a review for healthcare marketplace RealSelf that the surgeon “maimed her.”

Okhah denied her claims in the court documents obtained by Page Six, saying her statements were “false” and defamatory.

He also accused her of encouraging potential patients to seek treatment elsewhere by contacting commenters on the site directly.

The surgeon dismissed the lawsuit in December 2021 with no prejudice.

Then, in August 2021, the doctor filed a $30,000 lawsuit against Kyla Neirenburg for stating in a Google review that there were “no happy patients” of his.

In a review, she also urged patients to read Okhah’s reviews on RealSelf, as the positive reviews were “likely fake” or written by the surgeon’s employees or friends.

Okhah argued that Neirenburg’s review was defamatory, but the lawsuit was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice in December 2021.
