Jada Pinkett Smith said she has never seen Will Smith with another man after saying they were suing over rumors of a gay affair with “Fresh Prince” actor Duane Martin.
Unlike her 55-year-old husband, who largely stayed quiet during the controversy, the 52-year-old author wasn’t afraid to comment on it again.
Jada was out in New York when she was asked if resurfaced rumors that the “Men In Black” actor had sex with another man were false, to which she replied, “Absolutely!”
The former Red Table Talk host was then asked if she had ever seen Will with another man.
The mother of two quickly and confidently replied: “Never, never, never.”

Then: Will and Duane are seen together in Hollywood in January 2003
This comes after she hinted that she and her husband Will will take legal action following claims he was caught having sex with Fresh Prince actor Duane Martin.
It’s unclear whether Pinkett Smith was serious about consulting her lawyers, but when asked about the situation on Wednesday, the actress told photographers in a video obtained by TMZ, “We’re suing!”
This came after her husband strongly denied the allegations. Meanwhile, TMZ reports that sources close to Martin say he has no plans to comment publicly because the claims are ridiculous.
Brother Bilaal, who describes himself as the actor’s former personal assistant, made the shocking allegation in a now-viral interview with internet personality Tasha K.
Bilaal claims he once saw the Men In Black star, now 55, and that he performed a sex act in Martin’s dressing room.
“I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room and there I see Duane having anal sex with Will,” Brother Bilaal said. “There was a couch and Will was hunched over on the couch and Duane got up and killed him, murdered him – there was murder in there.”
He also made unflattering claims about Smith’s manhood, comparing his penis to the size of a “pinky toe.”
A spokesperson for the Oscar winner insisted in a statement to TMZ on Tuesday that the story was “completely fabricated,” while a source told the outlet that Smith is “considering taking legal action.”
“We are suing”! Jada previously hinted that she and her husband Will would take legal action following claims he was caught having sex with Fresh Prince actor Duane
Jada insisted they had plans to take legal action as she appeared on The Breakfast Club radio show on Wednesday, calling the allegations untrue and “ridiculous.”
“It’s ridiculous, isn’t it?” And it’s nonsense. This is a person who tried to do a shakedown, a money shakedown that didn’t work. We will take legal action. Because it’s one thing to express your opinion about someone rather than just make up salacious, malicious stories. So that’s doable, so we’ll move forward with it.
“Unfortunately for me that’s part of it,” she added. “That’s not true, we’ll take care of it.” And that’s that.’
She described how the rumor allegedly started: “It’s based on this person’s idea that they did some kind of business around Will’s book and that they spent money or whatever and that they need to be compensated.”
“So he’s already tried to do this money shakedown,” she said. “Will was willing to give him a certain amount or whatever and he didn’t take it, so the whole situation is based on that.”
When asked why Will would give him money, she said: “You have a business.” “I don’t know all the details about it, but that will come to light soon because as I told you, we will be taking legal action.” , she said.
When asked how Will handled the matter, she said Will always finds the humor in situations.
“The good thing about Will is that Will always finds the funny. ‘He’ll always find the funny!’ She said.

Martin has worked with Smith on a number of projects, including two episodes of his previous series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air in 1993 and 1995, and three episodes of the 2022 reboot of Bel-Air
Duane Martin, 58, was married to actress Tisha Campbell from 1996-2020.
The Brooklyn-born actor is best known for his roles in LA’s Finest and All of Us.
Martin has worked with Smith on a number of projects, including two episodes of his previous series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air in 1993 and 1995, and three episodes of the 2022 reboot of Bel-Air.
He also appeared on The Paul Reiser Show, the films White Men Can’t Jump and Scream 2, and the music video for the 1994 Boyz II Men hit I’ll Make Love to You.
Bilaal said he was working on a Hollywood set and was ordered to keep an eye on Will during the moments when he witnessed sexual relations between the actors.
“I saw sexual acts — there was one where I walked in,” said Bilaal, who took part in the series to promote his upcoming book titled “Will Smith Demonic Circle.”
Bilaal said he checked everywhere and found that Smith’s car was in the right place but the actor was nowhere to be found. He said producers of the unnamed project repeatedly called him on his walkie-talkie and cellphone, pressuring him to find the actor and bring him back to the set.
He said he had the keys to Martin’s dressing room when he discovered the two actors engaging in sexual activity. Bilaal said he was like “a deer in headlights” and said “Oh shit” when he met the couple.

Smith’s estranged wife Jada Pinkett Smith, 52, revealed last month that they have been separated for seven years.
Bilaal said that Smith’s estranged wife Jada Pinkett Smith was “the woman that everyone wanted” and that “Will needed that validation to have that kind of wife.”
Tasha K asked Bilaal, “Did you see how she said Will Smith had a little ass?”
Bilaal said in response, “If a woman is used to something the size of a baby leg and you come in with a pinky toe, you won’t do anything to please her…if she’s itching for the baby leg, she wants that baby leg.”
In the chat, Bilaal said that Smith was not his boyfriend but Smith’s boyfriend in the last few years of their relationship.
After Pinkett Smith spoke publicly about her marital estrangement, Smith soon commented on the situation herself.
Smith said in an email published Oct. 14 in The New York Times that Pinkett Smith’s recent comments about their relationship were a wake-up call for him, adding that she was “more resilient, smarter and more compassionate” than he had thought.
The “King Richard” star wrote to the newspaper in an email: “When you’ve been with someone for more than half your life, a kind of emotional blindness sets in. And it is all too easy to lose sensitivity to the hidden and subtle nuances of that person’s “beauties.”

Pinkett Smith, who released her memoir Worthy last month, told Hoda Kotb on the Today show in October that her marriage to Smith was at a crossroads seven years ago.
“I think when we got to 2016 we were just exhausted from trying,” Pinkett Smith said on the show. “I think we were both kind of still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be.”
She continued: “I promised that there would never be a reason for us to get a divorce. “We will get through anything. And I just haven’t been able to break that promise.’
In an interview with Kotb, Pinkett Smith was asked about the long-standing rumors surrounding the Hollywood couple.
Kotb said: “You and Will probably have more rumors and talk about you than anyone else: ‘They have an open marriage, they’re swingers, he’s gay, she’s gay’ – I mean, there were a million things out there.” .”
Kotb asked Pinkett Smith, “What, if anything, is true, and did it bother you to hear all that stuff?”
Pinkett Smith denied all the allegations at once: “I would say that none of it is true. I can certainly understand why there are misunderstandings, but none of it is true.”
The late transgender actress and activist Alexis Arquette, who died in September 2016 at the age of 47, claimed that both Smith and Pinkett Smith were secretly gay in a January 2016 Facebook post, after Pinkett Smith with the statement that she would boycott the academy, had made headlines.
Smith slapped Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars after he made a joke about his wife Jada
Smith is more than a year and a half removed from his infamous incident at the 2022 Oscars, in which he slapped comedian Chris Rock after he made a joke about Pinkett Smith’s shaved head and said, “Jada, I love you, GI Jane 2.” “‘I can’t wait to see it!’
The reference was to the 1997 film in which Demi Moore was seen with a shaved head. (Pinkett Smith was diagnosed with alopecia, which causes hair loss.)
Smith then went on stage and punched Rock, then returned to his seat and yelled at him twice, “Keep my wife’s name out of your damn mouth!” in front of a stunned audience.
Later that evening – in his acceptance speech after winning the best actor Oscar for his role as tennis patriarch Richard Williams in “King Richard” – Smith apologized to the Academy and other nominees but made no mention of Rock.
Smith subsequently apologized multiple times for the incident and resigned from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences before being given a ten-year Oscar ban.
In an apology he posted in an online clip for the incident in July 2022, Smith said his spouse had “nothing to do with” his attack on Rock.
“I made my own decision based on my own experiences and my history with Chris,” he said. “I would like to apologize to my children and family for the heat I have brought upon all of us.”
He added: “I reached out to Chris and the message that came back is that he’s not ready to talk and when he is, he’ll speak up. “So I’m telling you, Chris, I apologize with you. “My behavior was unacceptable and I am always here for you when you are ready to talk.”
