Jamie Lomas revealed in a sweet post on Valentine's Day that he is expecting a baby girl with his fiancée Jess Bell.
The 48-year-old Hollyoaks star shared the happy news in an Instagram post while his bride-to-be held a scanned photo of her daughter.
He wrote the caption: “Since it's Valentine's Day and a day of love, I thought I would share with you the wonderful news that me and @drjessbell are expecting a beautiful baby girl.”
“I wish you all a nice day and send you all the love.”
Many of Jamie's loved ones and co-stars congratulated in the comments, with his sister Charley Webb writing: “Auntie again.”

In July, Jamie announced he was engaged to Jess after two years together.
The 48-year-old actor, best known for his role as Warren Fox on Channel 4, told OK! Magazine: “I had been planning it for a while and wanted it to be perfect.”
He explained: “We had been to Lake Como a few weeks before, but we both love Mexico and I thought, 'What better place than at our favorite restaurant in our favorite resort in our favorite country?'
“Before I knew it, there was this ring and everyone was clapping and cheering.” It was wonderful; “So wonderful and so very emotional,” said Jess, 34.

It was first reported that the two started dating in August 2021 after meeting through mutual friends.
They made their relationship public when they walked the red carpet together at the Pride of Manchester Awards in May 2022.

A source told The Sun at the time: “Jamie and Jess met through friends and have grown closer over the last few months.”
“It’s pretty clear to the people around him that Jamie really likes Jess and they make a wonderful couple.”
Jamie's last relationship was with Portia Hughes, who split in 2019 following their whirlwind romance.
The Sun reported that the former Hollyoaks actor quickly fell in love with Portia, who also works behind the scenes on the show.
A source told the publication: “Jamie was completely smitten with Portia and they became very close very quickly.
“He can be quite private but enjoyed going to events with her – his friends even predicted they would get engaged.
“Unfortunately it was all a bit tumultuous and they just couldn't go the distance. “They parted amicably and she has already moved on while he threw himself into work.”
After the amicable split, Portia appears to have found happiness with Cheshire-based property manager Paddy Kennedy, who shares sweet photos on Instagram.
