Jensen Ackles, Padalecki’s partner on Supernatural, was the one who wrote the first comments about the mishap but gave no further details.
According to Jared’s fan page his friend Ackles was shocked to see the condition of the car and commented that he couldn’t believe how Padalecki walked away.
“Jensen saw the car and says he’s lucky to be alive,” the tweet read.
Another version suggests that the actor is recovering at home, since his injuries do not go beyond a few scratches.
