The actor admitted he “doesn't have a house right now” in an interview with Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday.
The Aquaman star and his wife Lisa Bonet separated in October 2020. Lisa Bonet filed for divorce on January 8, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Their divorce was finalized just a day later, and the couple agreed to share custody of their children Lola, 16, and Nakoa-Wolf, 15.
But that's not the reason for the lack of a permanent residence: Jason Momoa's nomadic lifestyle suits his new project On The Roam. This documentary series follows him as he travels across the United States, where he speaks with experts in their fields, from musicians to athletes to photographers to motorcycle designers. A hike that he doesn't dislike because it allows him to do many new things.
“I'm traveling and doing everything I like to do. And all the things I've never done in my life and wanted to do,” he told People.
The actor will travel to New Zealand to begin filming his upcoming film Minecraft, which is scheduled to hit theaters in April.
