The Selling Sunset star, 45 – who started 2023 by roasting Sydney’s property market as “too expensive” – enjoyed a coffee date with his newest flame Marie-Lou Nurk, 25, and their two small dogs.
The powerhouse real estate agent was seen walking with the model as they returned to the Oppenheim Group’s West Hollywood office with a cup of caffeine.

The happy couple shared a few eye-to-eye kisses before Mary-Lou walked back to her car, leaving Jason on the first step of a flight of stairs.

Jason and Marie-Lou reportedly met in Greece, where they were both enjoying a Mediterranean vacation.
They were spotted packing on the PDA during their trip abroad and later shared a photo together.
It didn’t take long for the couple to make their red carpet debut and go Instagram official.
