The amateur chef is planning his own business in the future. “I thought long and hard about starting a small business. Now more than ever I have this impulse to develop a product, a brand or a line,” he says happily.
At the moment he still doesn’t know, but he keeps moments in his heart and memory that he will never forget. The favorite was the opportunity to cook for Pia Leon. Last week the chef made the most of it by recreating a cooking dish.
“I’m thrilled, it’s wonderful to be able to recreate the dish of the world’s best chef. It shaped me and I’ll carry it with me for the rest of my life.” It rocked!

In today’s episode (9) the chefs made the market for the contestants. The test was carried out in duels.
Renato, who won last week’s challenge, chose to face Rafael using ingredients chosen by Fogaça. Jason called Fernanda to the match with Helena Rizzo’s basket. Melina and Lays worked with inputs defined by Jacquin.
After 1 hour of competition, Renato, Fernanda and Lays won the argument. The three each made recipes with pork belly, sardines and frog.

In the elimination competition, Rafael, Jason and Melina had to make a Charlotte cake. The recipe took two hours to prepare and caused strong emotions in the kitchen.
