Gloria Carter and her wife, Roxanne Wiltshire, attended the Shawn Carter Foundation’s 20th Anniversary Black Tie Gala in New York City on Friday.
The founder and CEO of the nonprofit – who came out to her son Jay-Z in 2017 and brought the rapper to tears – smiled brightly as she posed next to her now-wife.
The star-studded affair saw the newlyweds make their first public appearance and red carpet appearance after tying the knot at a lavish star-studded wedding in Manhattan earlier this month.
Amid their wedding bliss, the 72-year-old mother of four was linked to Wiltshire at the hip throughout the evening.
For the special occasion, the two showed their bond by modeling matching all-black ensembles.

The philanthropist looked chic in a black tuxedo jacket with leather lapels, which he wore over a white button-down shirt.
Instead of a classic tie, she accessorized with a gray silk scarf tied in a bun and tucked under the collar of her bodice.
To complete the look, she wore matching trousers and shiny patent leather shoes.
Gloria also wore delicate silver hoop earrings and black rounded-frame glasses – which she removed once when she took the stage to speak at the gala.
She was also spotted lugging around a glittery gray clutch bag that matched and made her stand out with the glittery sequin detailing on her wife’s dress.
The president of the Wiltshire Foundation – who Gloria reportedly dated before their wedding in 2018 – made a glamorous entrance in a strapless, floor-length gown.
The Trinidadian-born, New Jersey-based mother of two modeled the stunning garment, which features a horizontally pleated bust and mermaid-style skirt with a stunning sequined pattern.
To accentuate her cleavage, she wore a silver necklace with various dainty pendants meant to represent a group of stars.
