From the beginning of the episode broadcast on YouTube and all podcast platforms, the host of The true nature ventured into the twists and turns of his private life in a surprising way.
In fact, Dion spoke very openly about his childhood, especially about the painful memories that still haunt him since he was a victim of bullying.
The producer has chosen to share these difficult moments in the hope of providing guidance to parents of children and adolescents who are subjected to bullying, whether or not it is related to their sexual orientation.
So he talked about what he considered to be his “worst moments.” [sa] Life” :
“I remember the times that existed […] “There were 50 guys waiting outside the school gate to hit me for calling me 'Fif' and I answered them,” he shared, emphasizing that he had a strong temper and was not intimidated, which even frustrated his harassers more.
He shared that he found refuge in the arts during lunch breaks and tried to avoid the school hallways, where he felt vulnerable:
“I was called gay before I even thought I could be.”
“The number of stomach aches I made up to avoid going to school because I knew I was going to go to school […] I would feel bad,” he added.
