Jean-Thomas Jobin was an integral part of the production of Survivor Quebec. He was particularly present as a consultant with the team in the Philippines.
In recent weeks, the comments from fans of the show on social networks have been quite violent and it happens that Jean-Thomas Jobin intervenes to bring certain critics to justice.
One of them was quite persistent on Twitter, tagging the comedian under “releases” multiple times.
The following comment from the person concerned encouraged Jean-Thomas Jobin to reply with a long message.
“I find it very amusing that Mr. JT Jobin is arguing online with people who simply have an opinion about the participants of #survivorquebec @prodjinc. When you can no longer comment on a reality show without getting blocked by the creators, it becomes absurd….
The comedian replies, among other things, like this:
“You’re not criticizing the show, you’re telling biased untruths about people. Can you see the difference? Yes, Survivor is a game, but people play it. Whether you like JJ or not. He remains a human being who has flaws and challenges as do we all and me first. And he tries to find his way in a very complex parlor game. You have no idea how difficult and emotionally draining this type of game is. And he’s still there. Could his social game also have a MINIMUM value without speculating on how the players living with him felt? You call him a tyrant twice.
Overall, why it comes to mind that way, if you’re interested: I know there are gamers and their families who are currently suffering from their viewing experience because many commentators are very virulent and lacking in nuance. »

Note that JJ himself responded to the derogatory comments about him circulating around the internet on his social networks. See everything here.
