Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez, who were recently photographed for the cover of Vogue magazine, reportedly threw a lavish engagement party in Beverly Hills, California. Sánchez, 53, and Bezos, 59, got engaged in May.

According to a report by Page Six, the grand bash was attended by Hollywood stars including Oprah Winfrey, Barbra Streisand, Kim Kardashian, Chris Rock and Salma Hayek.

According to Page Six, the venue will be home to designer Diane Von Furstenberg and media mogul Barry Diller.
A report from Page Six also states that Jeff Bezos gave his fiancée Lauren an “incredible” and “heartfelt” speech, and Nineties Pieces of You singer Jewel performed an original song called “Legendary” that she wrote for the couple have written.
The star-studded party also included other bigwigs – Disney CEO Bob Iger, Kris Jenner, Rita Wilson, Gayle King, Jessica Alba, designer Stacy Bendet and Hugh Jackman’s ex, Deborra-Lee Furness.

Also at the engagement party were Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse, Miranda Kerr and Snap CEO Evan Spiegel, James Brolin, jewelry designer and Hollywood scion Jennifer Meyer, billionaire Nicolas Berggruen and Hollywood financier Vivi Nevo.

In a recent interview with Vogue, the couple opened up about their romance and wedding plans. “We are still thinking about the wedding,” Sánchez said, “what it will look like. Will it be big? Will it be abroad? We do not know yet. We’ve only been engaged for five months!” A Vogue report says Jeff proposed to her at the start of their summer at sea and hid the ring under her pillow after a starry dinner for two. She found it before bed, without makeup. “When he opened the box, I think I fainted a little,” she told the magazine.

Lauren posted pictures from the Vogue photoshoot on her Instagram, calling it a surreal feeling: “From a wide-eyed girl in New Mexico eagerly running to the store to pick up the latest @voguemagazine, to that moment , in which I graced the pages of @voguemagazine, My heart is filled with so much love and gratitude. It’s a surreal experience that I could never have imagined.”

“I’m excited to be Mrs. Bezos,” Sanchez said, and as for her wedding dress, she says she’s eyeing designs from Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana or Valentino.
Jeff recently announced his plans to leave Seattle and settle in Miami.
