Jen Shah Not Attending ‘RHOSLC’ Reunion And Scolds Bravo

In not-so-Shah-amazing news, Jen Shah won’t be attending the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 3 reunion “under legal counsel” — and she’s not happy about it.

Shah – who is due to be sentenced next month for wire fraud – told her Instagram followers on Friday that the decision was made after discussing with Bravo the issues she would and would not bring up during filming of the reunion.

“I have made it clear to Bravo that out of respect for the courts and a standing court order, I would not be able to discuss anything related to my legal case or my conviction,” she said, claiming the network “found this unsatisfactory.” and said they expected to discuss that ‘storyline’.”

“This expectation has no regard for me or my family’s well-being,” Shah wrote. “So under legal advice I will not be attending the reunion.”

The 49-year-old “housewife” added that she now needs to “focus on the most important thing” in her life, which is her “family”. She and husband Sharrieff share two sons: Sharrieff Jr. and Omar.

Sources familiar with the situation confirmed to Page Six that Shah was “invited” to this year’s reunion but “declined on the advice of her lawyers.”

According to the reality star, Bravo “informed” her in September that she was “not invited” to the reunion.

“I was disappointed because I didn’t have a place to confront inaccuracies and address my storyline with cast members,” she explained.

However, on November 29, she received an invitation “out of nowhere,” which she said made her “elated” to “have a voice” while filming.

Bravo did not immediately respond to our request for comment.

Shah’s co-star Meredith Marks recently advocated for her friend to take a seat on Andy Cohen’s reunion couches.

“I really hope Jen gets a chance to have a voice,” declared Page Six’s Marks Evan Real and Danny Murphy during the live recording of the Virtual Reali-tea podcast earlier this month.

“Obviously, over the course of the season, she hears things that she didn’t know about. It happens to all of us. And so it would be very sad if she didn’t have a chance to address that for me.”

After the current season airs, fans may not see much of Shah. At BravoCon in October, Cohen hinted that the “RHOSLC” star would no longer be on the show after changing her guilty plea in July.

“Once we did diaper changing [filming for Season 3, and] She pleaded guilty, I think unfortunately that was the end of the engagement there,” he told questioning attendees.

“But I’m hoping to sit down with her and talk to her on camera at some point because I have a lot of questions for her.”

Shah was arrested last March during the show’s second season for allegedly running a nationwide telemarketing program targeting hundreds of people, mostly the elderly.

Her plea deal includes up to 14 years in federal prison and up to $9.5 million in restitution.
