TMZ obtained an audio recording of the 911 call Courtland RogersHis wife was stationed at their Wilmington home on Aug. 28 and said Courtland was showing signs of an overdose… and described him as naked on the toilet while making worrying gurgling noises.

Courtland’s wife says he locked himself in the bathroom when she was out with her kids… but she broke the door down and found him unresponsive.
The dispatcher tells Courtland’s wife to try to get him off the toilet and lay him flat on his back on the floor, but he’s too heavy for her to move and she tries CPR.
As Courtland’s wife tries desperately to revive him, she yells for him to wake up… and tells the dispatcher she isn’t sure what medication he was taking and that there is no narcan available to revive him.
Eventually paramedics arrive…and then the call stops.
According to our law enforcement agencies, Courtland survived and when authorities arrived, no drugs or paraphernalia were found at the scene.
Courtland – who was married to the former “Teen Mom” star from 2012 to 2014 – has been open about his substance abuse in the past… He estimates he’s overdosed five times and admits heroin ruined his life .
