You’ll be floored when you see Jennifer Coolidge’s first TikTok.
The ‘White Lotus’ star made an epic debut on the video-sharing platform on January 19. “Hi, this is my first TikTok,” she says in her first video, which appears against a green screen. “And I’ve been trying to come up with something cool, and I think I’ll just write a poem that I like.”
Coolidge then recites the lyrics to Jennifer Lopez’s 2002 hit “Jenny From the Block.”
And that’s not all. The camera then pans to J.Lo herself sitting casually next to her. “I like that,” she says to Coolidge. “I really like that.”
Lopez, who stars with Coolidge in upcoming action-romantic comedy Shotgun Wedding, also shared the video on her own TikTok and wrote, “Happy JENNUARY @jennifercoolidge @primevideo #ShotgunWedding.”
The two actresses also shared the video on Instagram, where Coolidge’s “White Lotus” co-star Meghann Fahy commented, “I just liked that twice,” while fellow season 2 co-star Haley Lu Richardson wrote, “Oh my true God. “
Lukas Gage, who appeared on the HBO hit’s first season, added, “You are my God.”
Additionally, Reese Witherspoon wrote “Too good” with a crying cat emoji, while Naomi Watts shared, “The internet just broke.”
While Coolidge’s followers weren’t afraid to raise their voices when they saw her cite the iconic J.Lo song, some were surprised that “Legally Blonde” didn’t recite any of her many quotable movie moments.
In fact, last year Coolidge revealed exactly which of her memorable lines she gets quoted most often.
“You know, it’s so weird because there’s something about the July 4th line of ‘Legally Blonde 2,'” she told Deadline in August 2022. “I get so many DMs and texts and people who put things in my.” leave mailbox. And when I’m out that day, people just go crazy. I don’t know, it’s probably this line that got Paulette going where she goes: “You look like the 4th of July.
