Garner, 50, arrived at the gym in black bike shorts with a matching hoodie and trainers, and her long brown tresses were pulled back in a ponytail.
She and her friend put in the hard work and then emerged back outside the facility, clean and ready for the rest of their day in gray sweatpants, a matching top and jogging sneakers.
Contrary to her arrival, Garner also decided to style her dark brown locks long for her drive home, with the wet head look.
And in bright sunshine and temperatures soaring to nearly 90 degrees Fahrenheit, the mother-of-three also wore dark shades.

Garner has been hard at work filming her new role in thriller The Last Thing He Told Me for the past few months.
Based on the Laura Dave bestseller of the same name, actress plays Hannah Hall, a woman who forms an unlikely relationship with her stepdaughter while searching for her recently disappeared husband.

Filming for the upcoming thriller miniseries began in early May, so it’s likely that the Apple TV+ production won’t premiere until sometime in 2023.
In her most recent role, Garner stars on The Adam Project alongside the likes of Ryan Reynolds, Catherine Keener, Mark Ruffalo, Zoe Saldaña and Alex Mallari Jr.
