Before breaking a sweat on Sunday, the 13 Going on 30 star was seen grabbing a coffee and heading straight to her car.
For her relaxed outing, the mother of three wore her dark brown hair pulled back into a high ponytail and accessorized her sporty ensemble with oversized black sunglasses, white and blue tennis shoes, and an Apple Watch.
The 51-year-old actress, whose nails were painted burgundy, showcased her natural beauty by wearing minimal makeup.

Last year, Garner revealed that she works out every day to feel good.
“What I do in the morning is work out,” she said on The Drew Barrymore Show. “You have to do hard cardio to achieve that – to achieve yourself – I’m sorry, you do.”
She explained, “We need it in our bodies, but we need it in our brain. 'Your brain needs it!'
Her advice to Barrymore was to “find something that you actually enjoy.” [in the gym] while you do it, otherwise it won't work.'
The actress will reprise her role as Elektra, an assassin and sometimes ally of the feature film's main character.
The actress made her debut as a superhero in the 2003 feature film “Daredevil,” in which she starred alongside Ben Affleck, whom she later married and divorced.
Garner reprized her role in the 2005 feature film Elektra, which received generally negative reviews from critics.
It was revealed that the Alias star had signed to reprise her role in the superheroine in July last year.
The feature film's cast is led by Ryan Reynolds, who will star alongside his longtime friend Hugh Jackman in his return to the role of Wolverine.
Artists such as Morena Baccarin, Leslie Uggams and Matthew Macfayden round out the project's cast.

Development on the project began in the mid-2010s and the feature was officially greenlit in 2021.
Physical production of Deadpool 3 began last May at various locations in London and southern England.
Although the film crew halted production in July due to the start of the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike, they reunited after the strike ended.
Deadpool 3's release date has been pushed back several times and is currently scheduled for release on July 26th.
