Jennifer Garner proved she can look great in any ensemble as she stepped out in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The 51-year-old actress, who recently shined at the premiere of Family Switch, looked sporty in a comfortable outfit as she enjoyed a morning walk with a friend.
Wearing a navy and brown plaid flannel jacket over a simple gray T-shirt, the mother of three made the sidewalks of Brentwood her personal runway.
For the outing, she layered her white gym socks over her black leggings and paired the understated style with white sneakers and designer sunglasses.

In the over-the-top comedy, all members of the household wake up one day to find that they have swapped bodies with each other.
“You turn up the volume so much because everything is so over the top,” Jennifer told People. “But yeah, I definitely went into my teenage years and asked a lot of questions.”
Violet and Seraphina represented the typical teenage perspective on their mother’s enthusiasm, as Jennifer lovingly recounted: “They all said, ‘Mom, you’re crazy.'”
She added: “My kids are funny and smart and work really hard.” And their teenage antics are at the lowest, G-rated level, so I’m fine.”
Jennifer also shares 11-year-old son Samuel with Ben.
The actress recently spoke about her life as a working mother and how she deals with the “guilt” that comes with it.
“Working moms feel so guilty… we all panic because we’re constantly being told, ‘You have 18 summers,’ ‘You have so much time,’ ‘Time is fleeting,’ and that makes you panic.” , she revealed in order to gain access to Hollywood.

Jennifer said her positivity came from her own mother, Patricia Ann Garner.
“My mother always said to me, ‘You are her mother forever, don’t worry, you can do your job. You are her mother forever.”
