Jennifer Hudson was spotted boarding a flight from New York City just three days after becoming one of 17 people in the world to achieve EGOT status.

Following her win at the 75th Annual Tony Awards for the production of A Strange Loop on Sunday, the 40-year-old superstar earned the title of becoming the youngest person to receive an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Award.

After celebrating the success with loved ones all weekend, the mother-of-one stayed covered at the airport in a baggy denim jacket and sweats.

She completed her casual look with a baseball cap, pink face mask, white tank and mules with socks.

The Dreamgirls star also wore oversized pink sunglasses and carried a blue tote bag on her shoulder.

Hudson arrived prepared with a pair of headphones in hand and a plush chipmunk toy peeking out of her jacket pocket.

Her appearance comes after she made history as the third black EGOT winner and fifth woman.

Hudson earned the first three elements of the EGOT by winning an Emmy Award for Outstanding Interactive Media for a Daytime Program in 2021 as executive producer of the animated film Baba Yaga.

She received the Grammy Award for being part of The Color Purple, which won Best Musical Theater Album in 2017, as well as Best R&B Album in 2009 for her self-titled debut album.

And then there was her Oscar trophy for Dreamgirls, which she took home in 2007 for best supporting actress for her role as Effie White, which was said to be inspired by Supremes member Florence Ballard.

Hudson first rose to fame as a finalist on American Idol season 3 in 2004, eventually finishing seventh in the band of singers who only aspired to be the third Idol winner of all time.

Her impressive voice and inviting personality opened many doors for Hudson, who would make her Oscar-winning film debut in 2006’s Dreamgirls.

Hudson has since made a name for herself as an actress in films such as Sex and the City (2008), The Secret Life of Bees (2008) and most recently Respect (2021), where she portrays the queen of soul, Aretha Franklin.

Since 2008, the Giving Myself star has released four studio albums, including the Respect soundtrack. The first two of their records eventually went gold in the US

To round out her resume, Hudson made her Broadway debut in the 2015 hit musical The Color Purple.
