Jennifer is gearing up for the release of her raucous new comedy, in which she plays a cash-strapped woman who wants to get paid to seduce a 19-year-old boy.
Jennifer’s character, Maddie, is in such dire financial straits that she is on the brink of losing her late mother’s home.
She leaves herself at the mercy of a wealthy couple of New Age “helicopter parents”, played by Broadway stars Laura Benanti and Matthew Broderick.
Percy (Andrew Feldman), her geeky teenage son, is about to go to college and has been coddled his entire life without breaking the rules.
The pair offer Maddie a car in exchange for a big favor – she must seduce Percy before he leaves for Princeton.
No Hard Feelings then begins with her increasingly desperate attempts to get Percy into bed, including a late-night skinny dipping trip, a trip with him to underage drinking, and even a playful attempt to kidnap him.
Directed by Good Boys director Gene Stupnitsky, No Hard Feelings is slated to hit theaters June 23.
