Jennifer Lawrence stays demure wearing a baseball cap and white V-neck t-shirt as she pushes her infant son Cy in the stroller around NYC

There have been some big “firsts” in Jennifer Lawrence’s life in recent years, but none of them have been bigger than the birth of her first child, Cy.

And on Saturday, the Oscar-winning actress decided to spend some quality time with her 18-month-old son by taking a stroll through New York’s Hudson River Park.

When Mom first decided on a one-on-one affair, that’s if you don’t count the A-list’s bodyguard, who followed close behind.

Keeping it light and casual in the fashion department, Lawrence wore black sweatpants, a white t-shirt and black sneakers.

She also wore a black baseball cap over her tied blonde hair advertising Larsen’s Fish Market in Menemsha on Martha’s Vineyard.

As the sun began to glisten, the Kentucky native took her time pushing her son in his stroller, just yards from the waterway.

This afternoon, the doting mum dressed Cy in a cute onesie, blue trainers and a matching beanie to protect him from the sun.

Lawrence made her way through the busy area and stayed busy with her son, who carried a water bottle in his hands throughout the walk.

After Cy was born in February 2022, the new mom and husband Cooke Maroney took some time off to enjoy the new addition to their family.

But seven months later, Lawrence made another first when she began filming the straight comedy No Hard Feelings.

Luckily, she didn’t have to travel far during the three-month production, considering the filming locations took place in various locations in Nassau County, New York, such as Hempstead, Point Lookout, Lawrence, and Uniondale.

Directed by Gene Stupnitsky from a screenplay he co-wrote with John Phillips, the story follows a directionless Uber driver named Maggie (Lawrence) who responds to an ad placed by a couple looking for someone to help with their painful journey clumsy teenage son Percy (Andrew Barth Feldman).

The parents hope the experience will help instill in him physical and emotional maturity and boost his confidence ahead of college.

But in the end things don’t go as planned, which benefits the comedic aspect of the plot.

In addition to Feldman and Lawrence, who also served as one of the producers, the cast also included Laura Benanti, Natalie Morales, Matthew Broderick, Scott MacArthur, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Kyle Mooney and Hasan Minhaj.
